Use the Speed Editor's Jog Wheel outside of resolve

I would like to use my Speed Editor outside of resolve.
The Job wheel would be very nice as an audio one in Cubase for exemple.
MCP Mackie control of control change 60 is it!
It only need to make a standalone software arunning as a service which would capture the Speed Editor and make a vitual midi port to go to Cubase or other.
If resolve is seen running, just stop the standalone software.
I think it can make the keyboard much more attractive for new client!
