Davinci Resolve Studio unavailable in the UK?

I paid for Studio Activation Key a few weeks ago, but according to the reseller they've been already awaiting stocks for weeks and have no idea when it will arrive. I checked with other 2 official resellers and they said the same.

I am really surprised that in 2021 a digital software licence can be "out of stock" and "awaiting shipment". Why is that? UK seems to be quite a big market, isn't BlackMagic interested in making money here? Maybe it's time to switch to fully digital licencing?
