Putting backup .db files back into resolve - help?

Complete newbie here - I was a fool and didn't use the actual backup option in Resolve before I clean deleted it, and instead I just went into the files and copy pasted the file named "Resolve Disk Database" before I deleted Resolve. Now that I reinstalled Resolve again, how can I reintegrate the .db projects in the "Resolve Disk Database" file?

It's particularly this Project.db file:

Deleted what? The Resolve Disk Database? Resolve program folders? Everything on the disk? Or does "delete" mean "uninstall"?

There is no file called "Resolve Disk Database"; you must mean folder(?) Do you have that folder? If so, when you drill down and open sub-folders, do you see your projects? Where did the "project.db" file come from?

If need be, you can put that project file in a folder and paste it into the new (presumably empty) database, in the projects folder.
