No audio DR17 b6 -

Hey, all

I was using DR16 studio with no issues.

I upgraded to make use of my freshly-arrived Speed Editor.

I'm using the same audio interface as I always have. (Allen and Heath Qu-Pac connected to my studio monitors)

I've changed the DR17 Audio I/O parameters to "manual -> Qu-Pac -> channels 17 and 18"

I restarted DR17 after saving the preferences as the prompt told me to.

I cannot get any audio to come through. If I pull the USB the audio plays on my computer speakers.

Fairlight and the mixer both show audio but nothing comes out when connected.

I also tried preferences set to "system settings" as my interface is set there. Ableton plays fine with no issues as per usual, so I know it's not a hardware issue.


Any ideas what's going on? I'm just shy of pulling hair out. I've got a lot of editing to do right now.

So, luckily, I have an SD card with DR16 on it.

I was able to revert back (with database hiccups, of course) to 17 from 16.

However, I still can't get this mixer to output DR audio.

So.. any clues at all on this would be super helpful.

It worked before and does not work now.

What happened? I think something broke.
