Mini panel: strange behavior/ flashing lights in HDR Window

When I am in the HDR tab in the color page all of Mini-panel window and key lights start to flash off and on. I can only make it stop when I select the color wheels or other tabs on the color page. The issue ONLY occurs in the HDR tab. Unplugging the panel, Disconnecting the USB connector, restarting Resolve - none of these have solved the problem. the issue will go away for a time but comes back often enough that it’s very difficult to work in the HDR controls.
I’ve upgraded to the current version 17.08 Build 18 But this problem still persists.

Any ideas?
