Resolve 16 very slow rendering

Hello,
I have changed from davinci resolve 15 to 16 (i use the free version) and the rendering speed on version 16 is incredible slow. On version 15 I have 450 fps in rendering, but in version 16 I have only 10 fps (in words: ten). What heppened between this two versions?! I didn´t change my hardware, its the same PC.

Its likely hardware config dependent. Also some CUDA processes were deprecated by NVIDIA so depending on hardware you might be now using OpenCL to render.

Please provide full system, OS, resolve version details.

Ryzen 2600
Mainboard on 350 Chipset
NVidia GTX 960
Windows 10 64 Bit

Your GPU is six years old. You may have to get something better to get up to speed.

How about 0.5 frames...i7 Quad-core iMac , 32 GB Ram...5 days for 2 hours of video...It is Normal? More than that when is at the max speed or speed render set on 1 (ONE) I can't use the computer. I tried with 1 render speed and still, the mouse is going slow being stuck every 2 seconds.My experience with Davinci Studio licensed is a pain that i can't bear any more. Premiere is much faster and not even using the hardware in the proper way. Is just not ok to work days for a simple video without anything fancy on it.

Difficult to tell if that's normal without knowing your timeline, GPU, and codecs.
But why not stick to Premiere? Didn't you test the free version before buying Studio? On the Mac, there is no difference in speed between them, other than on PC for GOP-formats.
For my part, DR works pretty well on my iMac (and surprisingly well on my wife's shiny new M1).

It doesn´t matter, how old my GPU is. Because on Davinci Resolve my PC renders with 450 fps and on DR16 it renders the same video in 10 fps. So thats why I ask, what can be the problem? Maybe DR 16 and higher doesn´t use CPU for rendering any more? And only the graphic card?

It might. The process that makes it fast was updated in Resolve 16, so if your GPU is too old to support those new processes...

The Premiere is known that don't use very well the hardware and I had to render long speed as well. I got Davinci Studio with the camera and my hope was that I will get a better workflow. In Premiere Pro with the RAW plugin gets me strange colors and as well is not updating the corrections in realtime or at all. Still, strange issues like resetting all grades on default, and some of the grades are still visible.
My GPU is old for sure but is i7 Quadcore, GPU only 1GB RAM but let's say I will wait... The problem is that I can't use the computer while I'm rendering. On render speed 1...the minimum is choppy...mouse freezes...On DaVinci 17 even more.

Strangely I was able to make my first videos to be longer than this I was complaining about and I waited 2 days for 3.5 hours but now is more and after waiting 3 days the last clip got artifacts instead image...

On previous ones red frames and artifacts..(Never ever happened on Premiere. (This might be about the Hard Drive Speed). Still discovering and praying for a new generation iMac.

A GPU with only 1 GB VRAM is definitely below specs for Resolve.
You may want to try an older version, like the last iteration of 15 and use a 1280x720 timeline. Not for BRAW, though.
