How to convert webm (vp8 / opus) ?

I have a problem to convert a .webm video to use it in my project (v17b).
I've tried a lot of codecs using VLC or shutter encoder, specifying for example : "mp4 (h264 + mp3)", but the better I have is a video with an empty sound track.
I know I can't use a .webm directly in my project, but I don't find any alternative solution to import a compatible audio / video format.
Any ideas please ?
