Hi
Do I need to get any account at BlackMagic's after I entered the 25 digit keycode in the first splashscreen that appears when turning on DR17 fusion?
So that I can manage PCs I install it on

You can't manage PC's in that way, so...no.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
