Smart Bins Issue

Hi all, I'm having an issue with a smart bins in DR 16.8, I've just added tons of new organized assets in to smart bins and I've noted that every time I try to enter a large bin software just freeze and Im unable to do anything but exit through windows media manager, similar thing happens when I want to remove one of the bins. After I try to run the software again it stops at "looking for control surface" and it won't go any further. I have to run ccleaner and restart my pc in order to be able to run it again. Any ideas?
