Resolve is not very flexible in this respect. I'd recommend exporting high-quality 'mezzanine' codec, like Cineform or DNxHR (PC) or ProRes (Mac) as your master file. Do the encoding to H.264 then with a tool like Handbrake or export the master directly to YT if small enough.
My disaster protection: export a .drp file to a physically separated storage regularly.
