Neat Video plus Face Refinement equals crash of DR17

This is not a major bug but in case it is helpful to someone else I will document it.

If I apply neat video to a clip first and then add face refinement, when the analyze gets to 100% it crashes every time.

If I turn off neat video first then analyze it completes the analysis as expected.

Even though I'm on a stable, powerful, machine, I always turn off all color and effects before running FR. It makes crashes less likely.
