color OFX transform - tone map method default

in the OFX color transform, the default for [tone mapping method] changed to nil to [resolve]: it should be Nil: in doing coloro transform between camera and VFX, the last thing we want to do is any sort of tonal mapping and up to v16 that was the default. It should stay in that way.

Agreed.

Even in RCM2, Tone mapping is applied to the project by default. This should be a choice, or at least another preset.

default still "wrong" in 17.0B build 27
