i just bought a davinci resolve studio with usb dongle. the dongle work fine on my mackintosh, but can't pass checking license on my msi modern 15 a11sb. i've to use different dongle and still not working. tried to plug the dongle on another windows laptop and it work just fine.
i've reinstalled the windows 3 times and still no lock.
install the free version work just fine. then i borrowed an activation key to test, and it work just fine. deactivate the key, plug the dongle again. still can't pass the checking license.
CPU 11th Gen. Intel Core i7 1165G7U Processor
RAM 16GB DDR4 3200MHz SDRAM on board
GPU GeForce MX450 with 2GB GDDR5
1x Type-A USB3.2 Gen1
2x Type-A USB3.2 Gen2
