reconnecting final edit to 6 k footage

Hello everyone,

I have a bit of a funny question to ask: since my home computer is relatively slow for editing 6 k, I exported the original 6 k footage on a professional computer in Davinci Resolve Studio. I came home with Apple ProRes 422 HQ clips and I am just about to start editing my footage on the free version of Davinci Resolve. My question is now, can I go back to the professional computer and reconnect my final edit with the 6 k original footage and how?

Would be really grateful for any ideas, many thanks!

If they have the same name and TC, it's no problem. Just tell Resolve to relink by ignoring the file extension.
