Is 17b7 for both Intel and M1?

Is today's release of 17b7 a universal install for both Intel and M1 Macs or are we waiting on v17.1b7?

According to a post on here by Blackmagic staff (Peter Chamberlain) about 9 hours ago, 17.1 beta for M1 will be released later this week.
