First off I do wish to thank the hard working Blackmagic Design team for the incredible software which is Davinci Resolve 17. FINALLY we can copy and paste ALL of the nodes in a color grade instead of just one which has always been so frustrating to me.

With that being said, I know DR17 is beta software but sometimes it is hard to tell if anyone is aware of a specific issue or if there are any plans to fix it. It would be great if the DR team would post a known issues list or something like that so that users like myself wouldn't keep reposting the same bug with each build which leads me back to the timelapse bug.

I just added a timelapse for a project in DR 17 Build 23 and it still previews on the screen in a way that is practically unusable. The steps to repro are very simple:

1. Create a timelapse
2. Go to Media > Import > Select all of the images from the timelapse > Import
3. Add the timelapse to the timeline (for me this is a 1920x1080 timeline at 29.97fps)
4. Right click the timelapse > generate optimized media (I use DNxHR HQ)
5. I also add the deflicker effect to the timelapse but it does it without it as well
6. The timelapse will now flicker and jump and be practically unwatchable in the preview window

If I do not generate optimized media the timelapse will not do that but it will stutter so bad that i cannot play it smoothly so I have to generate optimized media. I have even created a video of the issue, below is the link to the video. The timelapse does render properly so I am pretty sure it is something wrong with the way it generates the optimized media. Also, I used these exact same steps in DR16 and never had this issue.
