Problem with Fusion Nodes: Shadow and Drop Shadow

I was working on a kinetic typography project for several weeks and everything was fine until one day I added drop shadows to my fusions. I saved and closed DaVinci Resolve.
The next day, I opened the project and I got 3 messages that said I was using an effect that required upgrading. I closed them and 3 messages about how a drop shadow filter was missing popped up. I closed those too. I was able to edit just a little of my fusions and replaced all the drop shadow nodes with shadow ones.
I went back the Edit tab and jumped back to the fusion tab. It immediately froze the program. I force closed it and tried to open the project again.
Suddenly, all of the prerenders don't exist, even the files in the media pool, nothing displays in the render preview area, and opening the fusion tab freezes the program again.
I decided maybe I could try it on my Macbook Pro. I exported the DRP file and loaded it. The Macbook Pro opened it without issue, but none of the preview renders displayed there, either. I opened the fusion tab, which surprisingly worked, but the moment I made any edit (like remove a link or delete a note) it also froze.
I tried making a new project and everything renders just fine. I think the issue is probably those shadow nodes.

Driver: Studio Driver 406.89
Macbook Pro 15", 2018
macOS Catalina 10.15.7
