Media isn't loading drag n drop / import

On the edit page, I am unable to drag in any images or sound clips. I was able to successfully drag images into the cut page and then switch back to the edit page and work with the images. The only indication that something happened is the red "I..." that appears next to the slider at the top of the Media Pool. There aren't any errors or indications aside of that.

This also isn't working on the Fairlight page. I created a new database for music. Some of my music is nowhere to be found when I import it into the Sound Library. When I try to drag in from a folder, it does the same thing as images on the Edit page.

Oddly, using the file explorer on the Media page, the files are not showing up in their directories. In Windows Explorer, they are there. I have used these music files in previous projects without issue.

This is definitely a "Do it my way." suggestion, but...the advantage of those is that they pretty much always work. (It's why I do it that way. )

Do all your importing from the Media Storage panel on the Media page.

Some new incompatibility? Which format are those files?

Yeah, if they don't show in Media Storage, then Resolve can't use 'em.
