Based off a quick and dirty test - Resolve Studio 17 b7 - I can't observe this on a windows machine or an iMac.
It could be hardware or drivers - in which case
providing this info helps. If your Windows system is set to auto update drivers, it is a possible factor - the latest Nvidia drivers tends to cause issues.
It could be peripherals if you've added any recently - a simple test with just the mouse/keyboard can confirm that. If that is the case, please add some info on what peripheral it is.
It could be a beta specific issue that happens in a specific scenario, in which case, a link to a project export (drp), a video capture (to check UI setup, order of steps etc), and a link to diagnostic logs (from the Help menu) would be useful.
