Full screen issue

PostFri Jan 22, 2021 12:39 pm

I'm having an issue when I operate the fullscreen command ctrl f to view my timeline fullscreen, the viewer is going fullscreen but its only showing me a section of the image in fullscreen, any ideas as to what's going on here? The viewer is in 'fit' mode.

What's the resolution of the timeline and the monitor?

Do you have an I/O device attached? (Decklink, or similar?)
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

i saw this issue while using 'Speed Keyboard' but resizing Davinci Resolve window to fit on window and then use Full View (timeline/source clip) it shows correctly.
Hope this will help for cont+f short key as well.

When you mean timeline to source and back again, do you mean with the shortcut Q?

OK.

Is the operating system Display Scaling set to 100% (It should be.)

Its at 150 ( recommended), but 100 doesn't fix the issue I'm having

Alright.

Keep the Display Scaling at 100%.

Make sure the monitor is connected to your GPU and not the mobo.
