Problem with transform keyframes and DaVinci Resolve Studio

Hello,
I have been having this problem with DaVinci Resolve Studio for a very long time.
In specific cases, when I add transformation keyframes (position, rotation etc.), Resolve misinterprets them.

The problem looks like this:


When problem occurs?
- When timeline is set to 23.975fps and only when I cut a piece of the clip and drag it straight onto the timeline, Resolve misinterprets 60, 50, 30, 25 and 24 fps clips. When I drag the whole clip on the timeline - everything works fine.

- When timeline is set to 50fps and only when I cut a piece of the clip and drag it straight onto the timeline, Resolve misinterprets 60, 30 and 24 fps clips. When I drag the whole clip on the timeline - everything works fine.

I have tested most of file types, codecs and framerates.

Mine system:
Windows 10 (20H2) 64-Bit
DaVinci Resolve Studio 17 Beta 7 (bug also appeared in version 16)

My experience has been that this process just works better when done in Fusion.

I have been digging deeper:

The problem only occurs when I cut out a piece of a clip and drag it straight to the timeline, although there is no problem when I drag the whole clip OR cut out a piece of a clip, create a Subclip from it and drag it from bin to the timeline.

23.976 fps Timeline:

24 fps Timeline:
Problem with 25, 30, 50 and 60 fps clips (24 fps works fine)

25 fps Timeline:
Problem with 24, 30, 50 and 60 fps clips (25 fps works fine)

30 fps Timeline:
Problem with 25, 30, 50 and 60 fps clips (24 fps works fine)

50 fps Timeline:
Problem with 24, 30 and 60 fps clips (25 and 50 fps works fine)

59.94 fps Timeline:
Problem with 24, 25 and 50 fps clips (30 and 60 fps works fine)

60 fps Timeline:
Problem with 25, 30, 50 and 60 fps clips (24 fps works fine)
