davinci 16 tried all the fixes but still no sound?

It was working fine until I closed the project and re-opened it. I have tried the online tutorial fixes but still don't hear anything? The waveform is there but there is nothing showing on the meters when I play the timeline in edit mode or Fairlight?

It is obviously something in the project because I have just opened a 2nd project alongside it and that works fine. I checked the video/audio ins/outs and they are identical?

Not know much detail on what you have tried its hard to work out what's wrong, but when you say you open another project along side it, do you mean project or another timeline in the same project?

Hi Daz Thank you for your attention. Yes, I opened a different project and switched from one to the other and checked the In's/outs settings.

I have just relinked everything into a brand new project. So this issue is now closed. Many thanks for your help.
