I'm a new user of Davinci Resolve and I'm trying to learn the proxy workflow so I can work on two different workstation.
My question and the problem is: on my MacBook Pro I created proxies step by step - proxies were created and put it in correct folder. The problem is that DaVinci Resolve does not link the video file correctly with proxies files.
Let say that I have 20 video clips in my Media Pool or Timeline. When the function "Use Proxy Media if Available" is checked only few clips are correctly link all others clips are all the same. It is like Davinci doubled the clips or show same clip for 10 video clips even they shoud be different.
Example: I have clips clip01, clip02, clip03 ect. After proxy files are link Davinci show to me clips clip01=clip01, clip02=clip=01, clip03=clip01...
When I uncheck the proxy mode I immediately see the correct video clips.
What could be wrong? What am I doing wrong?
It is didficult to explain the problem and I still did not find the asnwer (English is not my mother language) but I hope you will understand what is the problem.
