Im having an issue with footage that is coming out glitchy or jumpy for the first couple of frames after I deliver it. I'm exporting a 3 min clip in 1080 h.264. No issues on my timeline but when I deliver the first few frames are like pixelated and block-y and then it smooths out. I'm not sure why im having this issue, any tips to fix it?
