50fps source footage on timeline playing back incorrectly

Hi there,
I’m new to this forum and very new to Davinci Resolve. I filmed, created and edited a full project in Resolve 16 at 50fps. The process of learning this new system after migrating from Premier and FC has been quite a good experience, until now.

I was trying to source some title templates that catered for a 50fps timeline. I was searching for ways to accommodate title templates and frame rates to suit my 50fps.

I came across a YouTube video that suggested creating a new timeline at a new frame rate in the same project. I created a timeline at 30fps as a trial within the 50fps project - to accommodate the title template fps. I did a quick render of the timeline to see what the outputted version would look like, and surprisingly it looked good!

I thought I rendered only the timeline - (which I followed instructions to do this.)
HOWEVER…Now all of my timelines throughout the project are playing back slowly as if they are all being played back at 30fps. I closed the project without saving it and reopened it, but all my timeline footage shot at 50fps is playing back weirdly.

I have deleted optimised media hoping that may help - but it has not.

It has taken me WEEKS of editing this project, so I was being super careful! I need advice of how to make all the timelines play back as prior. The project is still at the 50fps and I have deleted the trial 30fps timeline from the project, but still no success.

Appreciate any help available!

What version of Resolve are you using?
