Cant drag and drop any file from windows explorer to DR17 media pool

Are you running Resolve as administrator?
Drag and drop from windows file explorer is not working for security reasons if you run an application as administrator.

I Am running it as an administrator.
So, how to run it Not as an administrator?

I think Panagiotis means the other way round. With Resolve being run as Administrator you can drag and drop from Windows Explorer into the Media Pool. It works here.

If you run any windows application with "Run as administrator" enabled, drag and drop operations from windows explorer are not working, unless you disable UAC.
