Failed to install DaVinci Controll Panels

I have i problem where, when downloading DaVinci Resolve 17, it says "Failed to install DaVinci Controll Panels. Continue with others components?"

If i click yes, it just keeps going in a circle where i can try again. If i try to load up the program via the icon on my computer desktop, it says:

Translated to english that means: "the execution of the program code cannot continue because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found. The problem may be solved by reinstalling the program."
I have tried to reinstall the program more than 5 times now.
Just in case you need specs i have:
RTX 1060 6 GB
i5-7500
16 GB ddr4
250 GB SSD (The one i'm downloading DaVinci Resolve 17 on. It has 28 GB left of space)
1 TB Harddrive
I hope someone can help me.
