A simple and potentially dumb question but I cannot locate it for the life of me: Annotations tool. It used to sit in pop-down menu, lower left of the viewer area. I Googled to no avail!

But it used to be in the Color page as well

not anymore.

Nope.

Moved or removed, I don't know. (I never use it.)
