Save lower third in power bin?

I'm using DVR 16.2.2.010 on a Windows 10 computer. I collaborated with another person in the making of a video, and they created some titles and lower thirds for me. They sent me the .drp file and all the media. I've successfully reassembled everything on my computer.

Now, I'd like to save the lower thirds they created to my power bin, but when I drag the lower third clips from my timeline to the power bin, nothing happens. I also tried dragging the clips from my timeline to the media, also with no luck.

The lower thirds are comprised of two simple text titles from the titles section of the effects library, with colored backgrounds, and a logo .jpg file.

In the past, I've created lower thirds starting with one of the lower thirds in the effects library, and successfully put it in the power bin.

My questions are these:
1. Is it possible to merge these three clips into one to use as my customized lower third?
2 Even if not, can I store these customized title clips to my power bin, and if so, how?

I uploaded a screenshot showing the clips stacked on top of each other.
