Last week, I had a Decklink 4K 12G Extreme installed in my system- Threadripper 3960, Nvidia 3090, 128GB ram. When editing 10-bit 4:2:2 content connected to the monitor through HDMI from the card at 4K 59.97p, the Decklink connected display will intermittently go black for a couple of seconds and come back on. At worst, this can happen every 10 seconds, but most of the time it's once or twice a minute, and sometimes not for 2 or 3 minutes, or more. It does seem to get worse the longer the system is running, and then moderate again after reboot. It ONLY does this with 4K 59.97 timelines and NOT with 30 or 24fps projects. Even when it's blinking several times a minute, If I change the project settings to 29.94, the blinking will completely stop, but will immediately resume once the project setting is set back to 59.97.

I've spoken to Blackmagic customer support who seem baffled by this. They suggested trying Desktop Video 11.6, v the 11.5, which seems to be the last version for this card. It didn't help. One support rep suggested that if this didn't solve the problem to return the card. I'm still within the 30 day return window at BH, so this is what I'm going to do and get another one. I have a sneaky feeling that the same thing may happen with the new card.

Anybody ever had a similar issue with this card with 4:2:2 4K 60 files, or similar issues with Decklink cards in general? I should also point out that on the same project, when I plug the HDMI into the back of the Nvidia 3090 graphic card, the problem doesn't happen.
