DaVinci Resolve 17 PB7 crashes on a cut page

so, i accidentally found out about davinci 17 had been reelased, and when i installed it, i saw that it firstly freezes for 1-1.5 mins, and then crashes. and it never seemed to be even workable, because pb1, 2, 3, 4, etc didnt work either. i need some help actually.
i wish i am not alone with this

What are your system specs, and do they meet the minimum required?
Resolve Studio 19.1.3 build 7
Dell XPS 8700 i7-4790, 24GB RAM, 2 x Evo SSDs, GTX1060/6GB (572.16 Studio Driver), Win10 Home, Speed Editor, Faderport 1, Calibrated Eizo ColorEdge CS230 + BenQ & Samsung monitors for UI, Canon C100mk2, Zoom H2n.

hello, so i'm sorry that i hadn't replied you as soon as i got you answer.
my specs are compatible with minimal ones:
amd r5 2600
16gb ram
nvidia geforce gtx1060 6gb
