problem with davinci

perhaps it's all because of the video card. or is it not so? maybe you know how to fix it. all the actions I hope will be clear on the video. in short: over time, everything or almost everything freezes, the menu buttons that are located at the bottom do not work. clip preview is not included. the video card is loaded up to 100% and the program no longer works adequately.

What driver do you have installed for the GTX 1070?
If you recently upgraded to driver version 461.09 this could well be the problem as your system should have no problems running Resolve. Try the 460.89 driver.
Resolve Studio 19.1.3 build 7
Dell XPS 8700 i7-4790, 24GB RAM, 2 x Evo SSDs, GTX1060/6GB (572.16 Studio Driver), Win10 Home, Speed Editor, Faderport 1, Calibrated Eizo ColorEdge CS230 + BenQ & Samsung monitors for UI, Canon C100mk2, Zoom H2n.
