Open Finder and navigate to /Library/Application Support/Blackmagic Design/DaVinci Resolve and run CaptureLogs.
You may see an error message pop up if you are on Big Sur or Catalina. You can ignore that.
A Resolve logs file will be created on your Desktop. Send that file.
