https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... sp=sharingThanks for the feedback. This support is fundamental for us, users, and I will try to give you the best feedback, because I believe that solving these issues is a benefit for everyone, both for the company and for consumers. A joint effort.
Attached is the requested link with .zip and .nfo file. I also added some screenshots to illustrate the problem I currently face.
Note that my notebook also has an integrated graphics card. Until the beginning of these problematic events (it started about a week ago, only), I worked normally (Adobe Premiere PRO and Davinci Resolve) with both boards enabled.
About a week ago I started to face difficulties, first at Premiere PRO, which was not able to read correctly the .braw files generated by the Blackmagic camera. The solution, after some research, was frustrating: I had to disable the on-board graphics card, and the problem disappeared in Premiere. Going to Davinci, things proved to be more complicated: with both plates enabled, davinci wouldn't even open, he crashed right at the start-up. With the on-board board disabled, he was giving me this problem that I was unable to solve so far: after the opening screen (where the projects appear) when selecting one or creating a new one, it goes to a black screen, without the program crashes: it works, with the mouse opening the menus, etc., but all black, no images.
(in the folder shared by the link, we have a screen showing the error in reading the .braw files by Premiere and another showing the 'black screen' of Resolve)
My card is not, as far as I know, over clocked, it is original from the factory (the computer is only 2 months old).
These problems happened only with Premiere (solved by disabling the on-board graphics card) and with Davinci. No other programs, including games, have been affected or required the native card to be disabled.
I send an image of my power supply unit with its specifications, also.
I look forward to solving this mystery ...
