In/Out points affecting Color page playback

Has any one else noticed that as of 17 if you have in/out points marked on the edit page, playback on the colour page jumps to those points? I'm pretty sure I never experienced this on 16, but I'm finding it catches me out every time on 17. Which means jumping over, clearing the points then coming back to the colour page to refind the clips I planned to work on... Is there a preference for this new behaviour?

I've seen no user setting for this. Just the way it works now.

While this is true, I can't think of a good reason to have the in/out points affect playback on the colour page. This is another behaviour change that is leading to more back and forth for me. It's not a big deal, I just facepalm myself every time it happens.

Peter did say why the change in another thread, but I forget what it was.

I like that the points are respected between the edit and deliver pages, but what's the reasoning for in/out points on the colour page?

My own thinking is that I put the In/Out points there because I want them there. Resolve shouldn't change that by itself. The page I'm on is incidental.
