3 colors edit save warning

I notice that sometime when the edit text on the right of the timeline name above the screen show that it is time ta save your job (red), it does'nt work. It is red, you save it but stay red and if you come near he text edit with your mouse it show say "you didn't save since 30mn ". in spite of the fact that you did save you jobs.
Did I miss something or it does'nt work properly. It actually save the job however.
