Can't open a project after trying to add track in Fairlight

I just can't open a project after Resolve got stuck after I tried to add an audio track in Fairlight. I had to Force Quit and since then I can't open this precise project. No problem with the other ones.
It keeps getting stuck at 68%, or in the 70% or 80%.
I join a WeTransfer link to the DRP of the project, so maybe you can try to open and check it...

Could anyone just try to import and open the DRP in Resolve 17 ? (With the media offline, of course.)
If you succeed in just opening the project, could you export it with an other name and post a link for me to download it ?
