No waveform in 17.0 Build23 Beta

As the subject suggests, I'm not seeing waveforms for all clips in this version.

Some media has waveforms, other media does not.

Anyone else running into this and found a workable solution? It's driving us nuts.

Waveforms are on in the timeline, they just don't appear on all the clips.
