BUG: Resolve 17.7 Face refinement doesn't render

Hey folks, on both the M1 Macbook pro (16gig model) and my Windows 10, Ryzen 3800xt, 3070, 64gig model I cannot render any video with the face refinement effect in the color page. Anyone else have this problem and/or a possible workaround?

Here's a weird one, turning off hardware acceleration on the Mac and turning on NVIDIA encoder on the Windows PC fixes it, but only AFTER I rolled back my Nvidia driver on the Windows pc .. We'll get there

*Edit: obviously the Mac worked without having to back the Nvidia driver, haha
