DaVinci Resolve exporting color graded clips

I am having trouble with one of the issues of exporting individual clips after importing the XML file into Davinci from Premiere. After exporting, I have less than what I have on my timeline. It seems that since some of the files are reused in the timeline, Ex: cutting back and forth from a conversation. It just overwrites all the videos to just one video instead. It has made me working harder as I try to keep the same clip names so it can be reinvested into Premiere after doing the color grading. Is there any solutions to this issue? I have done the single file and the downfall is I have to cut it either manually or now with the help of the auto editing they have just put into he new update. But even that has its issues. Sometimes the auto detect isn't able to be selected and is greyed out.

But still the main issue is exporting a color graded timeline with multiple scenes of the same clip being overwritten because of the same name of the clip, which I find ridiculous. Any help is appreciated.
