Program needed to activate Dolby 5.1

Hello everyone, to my PC I connected the Logitech speaker system for 5.1 surround sound model Z906. If I see an original movie on DVD or Blu Ray disc with 5.1 dolby audio, the DECODE led also lights up and the audio is heard with the 5.1 effect. But in -DaVinci Resolve 17 Beta- if I dedicate five tracks set as Surround Audio Front Left, Front Right, Center, Rear Left, Rear Right and in each one I put a mono audio file, in output from the PC this distinction is not made and the audio always comes out from all speakers and the DECODE indicator remains off. I wanted to ask what am I wrong or if you need to buy some dolby decoder software ?. Thank you in advance. Luca


Un saluto a tutti, al mio PC ho collegato il sistema altoparlanti della Logitech per audio surround 5.1 modello Z906. Se vedo un film originale in disco DVD o Blu Ray con audio dolby 5.1, si accende anche il led DECODE e l’audio si sente con l’effetto 5.1. Ma in -DaVinci Resolve 17 Beta- se dedico cinque tracce impostate come Audio Surround Anteriore Sinistro, Anteriore Destro, Centrale, Posteriore Sinistro, Posteriore Destro e in ognuna metto un file audio mono, in uscita dal PC questa distinzione non viene fatta e l’audio esce sempre da tutti gli altoparlanti e la spia DECODE rimane spenta. Volevo chiedere cosa sbaglio oppure se è necessario acquistare qualche software decoder dolby?. Grazie anticipatamente. Luca
