Davinci won't work anymore, and no export render

Hi, i'm very in trouble because davinci resolve 17 won't work anymore. It doesn' t playback, only very slow and stutter, very slow GPU usage, and if i try to export, after 3 hour FOR 18 MINUTES of edited material it made a file of 127kb in the system partition (not the location i choose) I tried each codec and it' s the same stuff, i got an RTX 2080 ti (works well) Ryzen 2700 and 32 gb RAM, puls samsung SSD. Pleas help me i don't want come back to PREMIERE !!!!!!
