I want to instruct DR to use Working Folders on an other drive as C. For Proxy generation location I can define in the Preferences of the program an other drive for all projects. But for Cach file location and Gallery stills location I have to do that for each new project in die project setting again.
Is there a way to do this for alle projects in general?

Those are Project Settings, so you'll want to make sure they're appropriate for each project.

That said, make sure the location you wish to use is the first entry in Preferences>System>Media Storage.
