random Crashes & Source-Bugs with Davinci Resolve Beta 17 V7
Hi,
Somehow i started using the 17 BETA and i am having some really annoying Bugs and crashes with it.
The crashes mostly happen completely random f.ex. just after i open a project or scrolling through the timeline.
The project i wanted to edit was nothing difficult yet, just some 4k (DJI) Drone-footage, some from Sony and some from Panasonic. I know, that it can be somewhat tough to work with a lot different codecs on one timeline for the different softwares, but so far i especially knew this from Premiere Pro.
My Hardware was able to get through this before, so this is not the bottleneck.
With the new version i enabled "live-save" (I don't know if this option existed in Resolve 16 already), but even turning it off makes no difference.
So i cant tell a real object to focus on here.
One other big issue for me is the fact, that the Programm often shows imported clips from one to the other moment as "offline". My PC meanwhile normaly detects them and i can work with the disks and files on them. The disks are fully working.
At an other moment single frames of imported files are shown as "offline".
I cant work on a project if the files randomly lose their source with no reason.
I never had a problem like this before. I have to restart the whole programm every like 20 minutes so it redetects that - oh wonder! - the files aren't missing. And sometimes i wouldn't be able to relink the files to their source even if I'd try to build this into my workflow...the video jsut take no action then. I select the sourve to relink to and nothing happens.
Please fix that, this is horrible!
