Cant Activate "error attempting to perform the activation"

I'm trying to activate Davinci Resolve 16 but I always get this message: "there was an error attempting to perform the activation. Please contact BlackMagic Design support for assistance".
I never activated this software.
I try to use LAN, WIFI, disabling firewall and mobile connection: no luck.
