Change thumbnail for exported movie?

I know how to change the thumbnails for clips, but is there a way to change the thumbnail (poster) for the final exported movie? Exporting in Quicktime .mov format.

This is not controlled by the NLE.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
