Hi Folks
Why do I find the right-click>timeline-settings missing on the original timeline but available on the duplicate? On the original the right-click menu begins with import/export... Also on the duplicate - use custom settings is greyed out in Timeline-Settings. WTH?
Before I observed this I had executed Media Managed with copy to new location and relink, then upon discovering that the relink did not happen I manually relinked from Media tab. Not sure if something broke at this point... The timeline was duplicated after the relink to check if the duplicate has the same problem.
Edit: A restart of DVR fixed the missing Timeline settings - but the fps setting is incorrectly locked to 24 for a 29.97 source footage. I don't know how that happened. Moreover the fps setting is greyed out and I cannot reset it or switch to use basic settings either... so my video monitoring is jerky because the 30fps is played back at 12-15-24fps due to fps mismatch - Not sure whats going on here and why its not a steady 24fps with frame drops either ...
Last Edit: I resolved the issue by creating a new empty timeline with the correct fps settings and copying all the clips over from the broken timeline. Looks like I hit a corner case bug or something ...
