Unable to Add Any Titles To The Power Bin

Please can you help.
I have been using Davinci Resolve 16 and from today, 17...
Whenever I try to add a Title or a Title + clip that I have created, into a Power Bin, nothing gets added to the bin.
The folder info name pane at the top turns red.
Can anyone please tell what is the issue might be?
