Hi, i've noticed that for a while now (possibly the last couple of updates but i can't swear on it) the audio waveforms have not been showing on DaVinci Resolve 17. i tried all the "timeline view options" available in the dedicated buttons. Nothing
Not only that, but when using the Speed Editor, when jogging around with the wheel there is no audio coming out of the speakers anymore (there used to be of course). i have to press play in order to be able to hear where i'm at. so basically if i use the speed editor i'm deaf and blind (to sound).
the audio waveforms don't show in the Cut, Edit or Fairlight page. In the Fairlight page i can see some waveforms, very small, in the "Audio Scroller" section below, but that is not really useful, also because it shows all the audio from different tracks together in one line.
I'm working with ProRes 422 files from the Pocket 6K, and today i also started using the Tectacle Sync Track E tracks. nothing shows.
The machine i'm using to edit should be pretty good: MacBookPro 16" 32 gb 2667 MHzDDR4, 2,4 GHz 8-Core Itel i9, AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8GB
I hope someone can help because editing like this is incredibly slow and frustrating.
Thank you very much!
