Hi So its fully charged. connected via bluetoothin the mac bluetooth settings.
But wont show up in the control panel in resolve (latest 17 version) and im running catalina
Only will show in Control panel app via usbc connection.
Spoke to tech support who says unit is faulty but wouldn't it be a resolve issue being the bluetooth connects ?
anyone had similar experience?
